Why do you request the use of OpenJDK given that GCJ is availale? :)

Peter provided his reasoning behind using GCJ in #710498.  Seeing as
using GCJ doesn't break anything and I don't have any compelling reasons
to do otherwise, I've deferred to Peter's reasoning.
