This package contains libraries needed for the kdebase workspace. This package is part of the KDE base workspace module.
First of all, it would be good to decide whether this is a library or several libraries. Then, what are these libraries for? There is no "kdebase" workspace. I would have imagined the KDE Plasma Workspaces, but according to the dependencies, the netbook workspace doesn't depend on libkworkspace. Finally, there is no KDE base workspace module anymore (this affects the extended description of several other binary packages as well as the Git repository's description). P.S.
