It seems that an inconsistency happened with popcon changelog between the archive (1.31) and the CVS.
In the archive, the last changelog entry for 1.31 is the Polish translation #320132. In the CVS, the last entry was the Romanian translation #323225 It seems that the ro.po files was commited *after* the release of 1.31 but inadvertently added to 1.31 changelog. Very common mistake which could be avoided by always opening a new changelog entry in the CVS after a release. I moved this properly in the CVS.
