Hello, building the current libgphoto2 on ppc64el (a new port in Ubuntu, and a very likely upcoming port in Debian [1]) currently fails [2] make check-TESTS make[4]: Entering directory `/build/buildd/libgphoto2-2.5.3.1/libgphoto2_port/test' No iolibs found in '..' Could not load list of ports: Error loading a library Building with the latest libtool helps with that. Can you consider using dh-autoreconf instead of just autotools_dev? Severity wishlist as ppc64el is not in Debian yet. Applying this now will ease the bootstrapping once it gets started. * Build with dh-autoreconf instead of just autotools_dev to use latest
libtool. Fixes ppc64el build failure.
