A likely explanation for this is a mistake from a previous lists administrator
which goes back to July 2012. As the forwarded mail shows, I noticed the
individual the following month and reminded him in October 2012, but I never
received a confirmation that this was solved.
I asked the remaining team members to pick up in February, but haven't received
any confirmation in... 364 days. I imagine the issue simply still persists.

Subject: Ban on debian-devel persists

Hi,
in July I was banned from posting to debian-devel by Alexander Wirt, who was
then a member of listmaster. As can be seen in the forwarded mail, I warned
Alexander in August, and, having had no feedback in October, reminded him.
However, 3 months after, it now appears Alexander let the issue pending. Can
someone else pick it up and let me know when it's fixed?
Thanks in advance

Hi Alexander,
I haven't received any reply to the mail below. Did you receive it and
reply?

Hi Filipus,
I'm writing to you on behalf of the Debian listmaster team.
Your recent behaviour on debian-devel is against the mailing list
code of
conduct which forbids "non-constructive or off-topic messages". For
example,
you have recently sent emails where you repeated yourself again and
again.
If you think I repeated myself again and again or otherwise behaved
against the code of conduct in some emails, let me know which ones.
As a result, you have been banned from posting on debian-devel for at
least six
months. In six months time you may request the ban be lifted. Please
note that
further complaints may result in the ban being applied again.
debian-devel is unmoderated; people cannot be banned from posting on
it. I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, but I haven't received any
warning mentioning your concerns, and was entirely unaware of your
intentions before reading this mail. Please let me know when this is
solved.
There have been complaints about your behaviour on other lists as
well. Please
reconsider your attitude before the ban is extended to those other
lists.
Sorry, but I missed these. Please forward or direct me.
