Since two weeks ago "apt-get update" fails with "Hash Sum mismatch" every second time the package-lists change. This is a typical output:

They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. E: Couldn't rebuild package cache This happens not only for http.debian.net but for each of the couple of other mirrors I tried. Wait and try again does not help. A temporary solution is to delete the package lists in /var/lib/apt/lists, which allows to update the package lists until the next change. A permament solution is "Acquire::PDiffs "false";" . So it seems that the PDiff-mechanism is broken. I run debian testing/unstable. The apt version is 0.9.15.1.
