Unfortunately, controlling exit status with Exception::Class in a portable way

The easy way out is to add a '-strict' option to cme. When -strict is set, cme
will exit 1 when warnings are found during a check.

Is this fine ?

IMHO: Yes, it's may be solution. But I think this solution it's no good. Who will to know about this parameter to this script and who will be use it? It's not usual. Exit status is common solution for this tasks. You can add this option to cme script, but I think it's not a good idea.

Thank you.
