Control: retitle -1 RM: ack -- RoQA; dead upstream, no UTF-8 support, better 
alternatives exist

Hi,

since there was no maintainer response for more than a week after the
last request to comment (actually no maintainer response at all since
the bug report was filed in March 2012), I'm herewith changing this
bug report into a removal request as suggested by the original
reporter.

Main points of the discussion:
