Hi, I cannot be your sponsor but here are some advices. On [1] you can see lintian warning and errors. You should fix them. For example: Package uploaded for the unreleased distribution means that you need to change your changelog entry so the distribution is unstable not UNRELEASED. Also you should have Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 9.0), in control file, as lintian suggests.
A good practice is to make lintian checks locally with the same level of details as on mentors, in ~/.config/lintian/lintianrc: pedantic=yes display-info=yes [1] http://mentors.debian.net/package/vimhelp-de On 6 February 2014 00:59, Julian Goestl <j.goe...@t-online.de> wrote: > > Package: sponsorship-requests > Severity: normal > > Dear mentors, > > I am looking for a sponsor for my package "vimhelp-de" > > Package name : vimhelp-de > Version : 7.4.130818-3 > Upstream Author : Florian 'eix' Rehnisch <eix...@gmx.de > > <eix...@gmx.de> > < > /span> > URL : http://www.florianrehnisch.de/vimhelp/ > License : Open Publication License without any options v1.0, 8 June > 1999 > Section : doc > > It builds those binary packages: > > vimhelp-de - Vi IMproved - Documentation files (German translation) > > To access further information about this package, please visit the following > URL: > > http://mentors.debian.net/package/vimhelp-de > > > Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command: > > dget -x > http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/v/vimhelp-de/vimhelp-de_7.4.130818-3.dsc > > > Changes since the last upload: > > Clean up and update Standards version to 3.9.5 > > > Regards, > Julian Goestl > > -- Pozdrawiam, Dariusz Dwornikowski, Assistant Institute of Computing Science, Poznań University of Technology www.cs.put.poznan.pl/ddwornikowski/ room 2.7.2 BTiCW | tel. +48 61 665 29 41
