postconf -m lists mysql even when postfix-mysql package is not installed

(Transcript from #postfix on Freenode where the bug was discovered)
<Kirito> unsupported dictionary type: mysql
<lunaphyte_> do you have a /usr/lib/postfix/ directory or such?
<lunaphyte_> if so, pastebin the contents
<Kirito> http://pastebin.mozilla.org/4197686
<lunaphyte_> something is broken.
<lunaphyte_> pastebin ldd $(which postmap)
<Kirito> http://pastebin.mozilla.org/4197687
<lunaphyte_> postmap claims it knows about a bunch of map types, but only two dict_* libraries are in /usr/lib/postfix/
<lunaphyte_> dpkg -l | grep -iF postfix
<Kirito> ii postfix 2.9.6-2 amd64 High-performance mail transport agent
<lunaphyte_> apt-cache search '^postfix'
<Kirito> http://pastebin.mozilla.org/4197692
<lunaphyte_> ah. it's a red herring
<lunaphyte_> install postfix-mysql
<lunaphyte_> then look in /usr/lib/postfix/
<lunaphyte_> you should see dict_mysql.so
<lunaphyte_> then try your postmap -q test
<lunaphyte_> for some reason, postconf -m doesn't understand the debian patches which make the map types modular. i never noticed that before.
