Package: libprotobuf8 Version: 2.5.0-7 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
Upgrading from 2.5.0-5 to -7 (or -6) breaks Mumble, which now fails to start, reporting: /usr/bin/mumble: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/mumble: undefined symbol: _ZN6google8protobuf18GoogleOnceInitImplEPlPNS0_7ClosureE Downgrading manually to the now-gone 2.5.0-5 fixes this problem. I'm not completely sure whether this is a bug in libprotobuf or mumble using some internal API, so feel to reassign if necessary.
