I encountered #705292 also but the change password option didn't seem to
work either, I couldn't login using 0.99.6 but 0.99.5 worked.

Great, thanks. The machine I was using chntpw on is no longer with me
but I can probably do some tests on a couple of other Windows machines.
I'm not sure if the Windows 7 machine I have will be usable with tests,
it has a fairly broken Windows install due to disk failure a while ago.
