ah, good point, i hadn't noticed that. I do indeed normally have the
message size column visible in the thread pane. (i use the three-pane
view where the bottom half of the screen is the message pane, and the
top half has a narrow left-hand "folder pane" that lets me select a
folder, and the rest devoted to the threads and summaries of messages
(what i'm calling the "thread pane" above).
I've removed that column from the thread pane display, i'll report back
if i notice any more segfaults.
