the DSA team would like to open the subscription to debian-admin to all Debian Developers. This was decided during the last DSA sprint (<20130621180752.ga12...@valiant.palfrader.org>). Subscription to this list will be handled via db.debian.org webfrontend and should be implemented the same way as we already have it in place for debian-priv...@lists.debian.org. The archive new mails to this mailing list shall be available to all Debian developers on master.debian.org similar to debian-private. Please coordinate with DSA on a date when this will happen.
