According to http://serafettin.sourceforge.net/ the correct source of TSCu_Comic is http://tamillinux.sourceforge.net/ - a project seemingly dead. Serafettin Cartoon looks like a direct successor of TSCu_Comic, as can be seen e.g. at a discussion with its maintainer at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=479596 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=600108 . Please consider drop TSCu_Comic and package Serafettin Cartoon instead, with hinting as mentioned at that last Fedora bugreport to have it seemlesly replace for previous users of TSCu_Comic. On a related note, Homepage is listed as the Alioth project page, which I believe is wrong: Homepage field is for the *upstream* home (not home of packaging!).
