Problem should affects not just unstable but other situations
(stable-to-stable, testing) as I know.  I do not care if this is
reported or no.  I do not know why you are still asking without doing
your homework.  Please check it yourself.

Quite frankly, I am not comfortable with the way BTS is going with
non-productive statements.  This BTS is not a free tutoring session or
debating platform.  This is volunteer work and we expect your
