Same here. And considering caff is arguably one of the main reason
(possibly the main reason) why people install signing-party, I think
this bug should be RC.

Same here. FWIW, I haven't changed my caff configuration since, like,
ever, and it worked well a couple of months back.

In the meantime, for people looking for a work-around, the following
should do the trick:

  # apt-get install monkeysign
  $ monkeysign $KEYID
