I have actually no idea why I did choose adding this final /doc but
this is obviously what's wrong here. Should be:

ln -sf /usr/share/doc/geneweb/$LNG /usr/share/doc/geneweb/doc_choice
else
ln -sf /usr/share/doc/geneweb/en /usr/share/doc/geneweb/doc_choice
fi
