I've talked to the upstream author (who wrote the original package)
about this. He is concerned that users installing cqrlog who are Radio
Hams rather than computer geeks might not be able to get cqrlog working.
If cqrlog depends only on mysql-client and no part of mysql is installed
on the system when cqrlog is installed what will happen when cqrlog is
run the first time?
