Hello, Andreas. Thanks for reporting this bug.
I think the solution is just avoid all restarts. We don't have any daemon
that we need to restart in order to get new changes or anything like it, so I
will stop doing that on upgrades. I'll try to squeeze that in the upcoming 36-1
release (you can see progress in
