Hi again,
moving them was not trivial. For a clean solution I had to patch
doxygen. I've, made an upstream pull-request:

  https://github.com/doxygen/doxygen/pull/90

Hopefully I'll propagte to debian before too long. Otherwise we'll
hack differently...
