The little patch from http://grsecurity.net/pipermail/grsecurity/2005-November/000611.html fixes this. I'd suggest to forward this bug to the maintainers of kernel-patch-grsecurity2 to include this fix into the patches. Sorry for all the trouble I've caused, I was used to work with a buggy xargs on an _old_ Solaris machine, taht's why I first thought it would still have the same issues.
