Hi, please consider packaging shared-mime-info 1.2+, which fixes a regression regarding the possibility of using Nautilus and Seahorse to check detached OpenPGP armored signatures. Note that this currently only affects Jessie, as Wheezy provides no facility to do so anyway (seahorse-nautilus came in too late), but at some point I intend to maintain backports of seahorse-nautilus for Wheezy, and then a recent enough shared-mime-info will be needed in the backports too.
