Package: dwww Version: 1.12.0 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
The default configuration file /etc/apache2/conf-available/dwww.conf twice contains a line: Require local But local authorization type (as well as ip, which is a commented option in the default dwww.conf) is provided by mod_authz_host, which is not enabled in Debian Apache by default. As a result Apache does not start in the default configuration because of an unknown option in the configuration file. I think dwww should do a2enmod authz_host during the configuration phase (but only if the default configuration of dwww is used). -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.12-1-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages dwww depends on: ii apache2 2.4.6-3 ii apache2-bin [httpd-cgi] 2.4.6-3 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.52 ii debianutils 4.4 ii doc-base 0.10.5 ii file 1:5.14-2 ii libc6 2.17-97 ii libfile-ncopy-perl 0.36-1 ii libmime-types-perl 2.04-1 ii man-db 2.6.5-2 ii mime-support 3.54 ii perl 5.18.1-5 ii ucf 3.0027+nmu1 Versions of packages dwww recommends: ii apache2 2.4.6-3 ii apache2-bin [httpd] 2.4.6-3 ii apt 0.9.14.2 pn dlocate <none> ii info2www 1.2.2.9-24 pn swish++ <none> Versions of packages dwww suggests: ii doc-debian 6.1 pn dpkg-www <none> ii iceweasel [www-browser] 17.0.10esr-1~deb7u1 ii w3m [www-browser] 0.5.3-13 -- debconf information: * dwww/docrootdir: /var/www * dwww/serverport: 80 dwww/badport: dwww/index_docs: true * dwww/servername: ciceron dwww/nosuchuser: * dwww/cgidir: /usr/lib/cgi-bin dwww/noserver: * dwww/cgiuser: www-data dwww/servertype: Apache dwww/nosuchdir: -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
