Interesting... and sad that Gnome 3 abandoned fd.o specs that had made their way into core Java API. I looked at the openjdk-7 source in Debian and confirmed it does have the _NET_WM_PID patch reported in the bug. Further comments in the bug reveal the JavaEmbeddedFrame window is still a problem. > https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648773 > > On Fri, Jan 10, 2014 at 2:15 AM, Gerald Turner <gtur...@unzane.com> wrote: >> There is an email thread on jitsi-dev from March 2013 that describes >> these same problems with an older version of Jitsi and on Fedora, >> Arch, and Mint. >> >> http://lists.jitsi.org/pipermail/dev/2013-March/000150.html >> http://lists.jitsi.org/pipermail/dev/2013-June/017618.html >> >> Sorry, I probably should've reported upstream. -- Gerald Turner Email: gtur...@unzane.com JID: gtur...@unzane.com GPG: 0xFA8CD6D5 21D9 B2E8 7FE7 F19E 5F7D 4D0C 3FA0 810F FA8C D6D5
