Interesting... and sad that Gnome 3 abandoned fd.o specs that had made
their way into core Java API.

I looked at the openjdk-7 source in Debian and confirmed it does have
the _NET_WM_PID patch reported in the bug.  Further comments in the bug
reveal the JavaEmbeddedFrame window is still a problem.
