Package: mingw-w64
Version: 3.0.0-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

There is a known bug which makes MinGW fail to compile Tcl/Tk. see
https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=1379450414.1713.5.camel%40erik-laptop.lan&forum_name=mingw-w64-public

This thread also mentions a workaround from the Fedora project, see
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/mingw-tcl.git/commit/?id=46cbdbf110bc15ba57b6f90b6200f23d7ab6ac91

I suggest to apply this patch on the Debian version too, so that Tcl/Tk can
be compiled gain.

(I'm using this to cross-compile openMSX for Windows on my Debian box.
If you want to use that as a test case, let me know, and I will give
instructions.)
