That's it basically (except it would be wordpress_3.8+dfsg.orig.tar.xz).
On top of this, there's:
- the new 2014 theme needs to be put in its own binary package
- the old 2012 theme has been removed
- dependencies ought to be updated to account for those default theme
  changes
- debian/missing-sources/ should be updated if needed (see the README in
  that directory)
