Package: mailcheck
Version: 1.91.2-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

When using mailcheck, I get the following message:

mailcheck: Incorrect Password for user 'myusername@pop3server:110'
mailcheck: Server said -ERR authorization failed

Outputs of:

cat .mailcheckrc | grep --invert-match '^#' | grep [a-Z]

    pop3://pop3server

cat .netrc | grep pop3

machine pop3server login myusername password mypassword

ls -l .netrc .mailcheckrc

    -rw-r--r-- 1 myusername myusername 1454 ene 7 00:18 .mailcheckrc
    -rw------- 1 myusername myusername 122 ene 7 00:37 .netrc

I have replaced server and user names for security reasons.
I have double checked my password. What else can be wrong?

Thank you!

Ricardo Peliquero
