Your package "gnoemoe" Build-Depends on ruby1.8-dev, which is going away soon. Please migrate to one of the supported ruby interpreter versions, i.e. 1.9 or 2.0. I tried patching the sources to use ruby1.9, but it appears that the Debian patches patch autoconf output, so I left it at the attempt.
