The following patch disables lockdev support in libcec. By removing it from the build dependencies configure warns about it not being present, but it successfully builds with lockdev support disabled. Please could this be applied and uploaded? libcec is the last remaining user of lockdev in the archive (all other users fixed or have been uploaded today). I'll be opening a bug for removal shortly.
