-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 With permission of the current maintainer of dotconf, I like to update the dotconf package as it is a requirement for the new version of the speech-dispatcher, which is an important accessibility package. Upstream dotconf has changed the soname versioning scheme, and as such the update to the latest version is also a transition. I request a slot for it. Ubuntu already has the updated version. The following packages have a (build) dependency on dotconf: paul@wollumbin ~a11y $ reverse-depends -b libdotconf-dev Reverse-Build-Depends ===================== * cpm * mysqmail * sbox-dtc * speech-dispatcher * speechd-up cpm/sbox-dtc/speech-dispatcher can be bin-NMUed AFAICT mysqmail/speechd-up need sourceful uploads as they have a hardcoded dependency on libdotconf1.0 Ben file: title = "dotconf"; is_affected = .build-depends ~ "libdotconf-dev" | .depends ~ "libdotconf1.0" | .depends ~ "libdotconf0"; is_good = .depends ~ "libdotconf0"; is_bad = .depends ~ "libdotconf1.0"; - -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (99, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJSwtCEAAoJEJxcmesFvXUKEbMH/0fK8GbbXZdSIflI0E2it9/2 Epk/zyQHOBsbsAKOfDJWx2xs8Zuro/4CY5+ff3cBdZNVkS93v60jtZRRmMZBp9GQ Vbf1qkXfBXyWisoHcrLQgKJ/kBS6SY/WmzMTbZdzFQAX2LgH54PpZ7gTNk5W4iRH ja8vClujXe+Ytt6keloQI5n6pAn7offKiUwE7MnVZFOiKTJZ+sMghs+jfLWMwXIn Pt9t7G7yUnE0WIZkyp/GQNwD91b7R0ah/n+z4VNk7Q3US7bwt56HsWL1StuqhXto 7HL6u4Had+G7DT4xMqEhrc0kdu7VhzwVXs67x2pzltZtCoiDT1WLInL8Y9TZkGY= =1yUg -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
