Package: gramps Severity: wishlist Hi,
As stated in bug #720858, the Gramps upstream project would like to aim for a switch to Python 3 in the Gramps 4.1 series. Although it would be possible to do the required work to have both a Python 3 and a Python 2 version installed in parallel, from a user perspective there is no need for this as the functionality is the same. To aid my experiments in the packaging on this Python 3 version of gramps coming in the 4.1 series, I have merged the upstream master git repository in the Debian Collab-maint repository.
