Control: retitle -1 please consider lintian autoreject for conflicting-negation-in-source-relation

These kind of checks are usually done in lintian, and for this one, there is the tag "conflicting-negation-in-source-relation". It seems your request could be implemented as a lintian autoreject (hence the retitle).
