It still seems that you could change the policy with respect to new
packages, to at least ensure that the PHP Licence problem doesn't get
worse. But I'll let you guys figure that part out. ;-)

But it was my best attempt to get the issue dealt with, given my lack of
direct association with the Pear group. I'm glad to see that things are
finally working out. Thanks again for helping to make that happen.
