I am using Debian on my server, had checked the latest nginx version in Debian (and the current diff to/from Ubuntu) and then decided to report it against Debian to get it fixed there first. I just had forgotten to change the Version tag accordingly. Regarding the SRU, I will not file a report in Launchpad about this.
