I am unable to reproduce this bug on therion 5.3.10, 5.3.11 or 5.3.12. I tried by using the files in mendip/Charterhouse/GB from the UK cave data archive. I open the thconfig file: mendip/Charterhouse/GB/thconfig-crickmay then create a new th2 file (test.th2) in mendip/Charterhouse/GB/Crickmay\ Drawings/ then use 'insert background image' to insert mendip/Charterhouse/GB/Crickmay\ Drawings/half_resolution_for_therion/Crick001.jpg That appears OK. The test.th2 looks an awful lot like your example, but then that's what I'd expect. Where exactly are you seeing that log info? Can you give me more detailed info on how to reproduce this with the mendip dataset (or send a ful testcase), or tel me that it is fixed in the 5.3.11 in testing, or the 5.3.12 I'm just about to upload to unstable.
