Do you agree? I suspect that you have been building the current lighttpd packages with a version of debhelper that is recent enough. Nevertheless, I’d consider it good style to raise the Build-Depends to debhelper (>= 9.20130624), just to make sure that backporters and other people who are building the package on third-party systems know this version is required.
