Package: systemd Version: 204-5 systemd.service(5) says:
ExecStart= Commands with their arguments that are executed when this service is started. The first argument must be an absolute path name. This should be capable of handling a bare command name, to be found in PATH. Debian Policy requires (s6.1) package maintainer scripts to find their components via PATH. This doesn't necessarily imply that an init system should, but the same rationale applies.
