Package: python-pexpect Version: 3.0-2 Severity: wishlist
python-pexpect is installed on my system as a dependency of hplip. This is fine. But after the split of the documentation package in 3.0, it is undesirable that hplip's dependency on python-pexpect causes APT to recommend me python-pexpect-doc, a 143 kB download. In turn, python-pexpect-doc depends on libjs-sphinxdoc, a 44 kB download. I do not develop with pexpect's API and have nothing to do with such documentation.
