Would it be difficult for package maintainers to take
squirrelmail-20131220_0200-SVN.devel.tar.bz2 and pull it to experimental
as is (provided the rest infrastructure is taken from 1.4.23)? If it
does not need patches above I will be happy to test it. For me the
difficulty is that I need to combine Debian-specific features from
1.4.23 with latest sources and I will certainly do something wrong.
