Done, I have translated the whole Appendix A.

I have created a german de.add file, generally stolen from the french one.
Uploaded to git repo.
I have rephrased your text for the version 2 a bit: nearly the whole work on
version 2 was done by me, Florian has started some work, but there was nearly
no progress by him. That's why I have done it this way.

Unfortunately the build fails with the new de.add file.
