I'm not sure whether this is still a need of yours after so much time, but this doesn't look specific at all to the Debian packaging of RDFLib. Have you investigated your need with upstream (http://code.google.com/p/rdflib/ / https://github.com/RDFLib/rdflib) ? If so, please tell us, otherwise, I'd suggest to close this ticket on the Debian side. Hope this helps.
