But ncal -CM doesn't work either, though ncal -C works and ncal -M works. I don't care if I have to call it ncal so that "cal" behaviour remains unchanged, but I'd like to have the days along the x axis (like ncal -C) *and* the weeks starting on Monday (like ncal -M).
