Oh well, it was not to me it happened in the first place, and i believe i have seen the same scenario refusing to upgrade recently, and not delete silently, so that i suspect this may be fixed. I don't particularly feel like reproducing this, and anyway have upgraded both client and server side multiple times since then. Let's close this and if it rehappens, i will repoen the bug, ok ?
