Package: fontconfig Version: 2.11.0-2 Followup-For: Bug #488866 Dear Maintainer,
I am also experiencing this bug, but with different fonts. I created a custom package, for my use only, of the Windows 7 and Office 2007 TTF fonts and I've been using this package for the last 4 years without any trouble whatsoever until yesterday, when a dist-upgrade pulled in fontconfig 2.11.0-2. I've managed to get a backtrace from gdb of fc-cache segfaulting, but I'm not sure how useful it is. As below: Starting program: /usr/bin/fc-cache -rv warning: Could not load shared library symbols for linux-vdso.so.1. Do you need "set solib-search-path" or "set sysroot"? [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] Using host libthread_db library "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1". Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x00007ffff791c7e8 in ??
