Package: xfce4-power-manager Version: 1.2.0-2 Followup-For: Bug #728257 Hi, I have the same bug, both on my desktop and laptop
In my case it is very likely my wireless peripherals: - for my desktop I have a wireless keyboard and mouse, and I see two "missing" icons - for my desktop I have a UPS, and I see the correct UPS icon. - for my laptop I have only a wireless mouse, and I see one "missing" icon - for my laptop I have a battery, and I see the correct battery icon. Looking in the xfce4-power-manager-data package, all the should-be-there-but-instead-missing icons are in the same place as the other correct icons I *can* see. $ ls /usr/share/icons/hicolor/*/status/xfpm-{mouse,keyboard}-*.* # a bunch of results When I mouse-over the UPS/battery icons, a tooltip shows up with more details. However, no such tooltip shows up when I mouse-over the "missing" icons. I would expect at least something like "Wireless mouse 50% battery left". -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.10-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xfce4-power-manager depends on: ii libc6 2.17-97 ii libdbus-1-3 1.6.18-1 ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.100.2-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.28.2-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.36.4-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.22-1 ii libnotify4 0.7.6-1 ii libx11-6 2:1.6.2-1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.2-1 ii libxfce4ui-1-0 4.10.0-5 ii libxfce4util6 4.10.1-1 ii libxfconf-0-2 4.10.0-2 ii libxrandr2 2:1.4.1-1 ii upower 0.9.23-2+b1 ii xfce4-power-manager-data 1.2.0-2 Versions of packages xfce4-power-manager recommends: ii consolekit 0.4.6-3+b1 Versions of packages xfce4-power-manager suggests: ii udisks 1.0.4-8+b1 pn xfce4-power-manager-plugins <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
