foomatic-db appears to need the same kind of dependency relationship
tweak for foomatic-filters -> cups-filters (at least for the versioned
Recommends) as has been done in other printing packages, such as
foomatic-db-engine 4.0.9-3.
* Add cups-filters (>= 1.0.42) as first alternative recommendation to
foomatic-filters.
