So the problem is reproducible for several tries with the same server? As there is a backtrace, too, it would be something that we could report to MySQL for investigation. Can you make a reasonable small snapshot of your database which contains no private data which you could provide MySQL for debugging? Most probable the bug only occurs with specific data... To get the issue solved the fastest, you should open a bug report directly at http://bugs.mysql.com/ where one normally gets a response of a developer withing a day.
