I updated the source tree to suppor building against 9.3 and updated the packaging a bit to fix some oddities. I could build binary packages for all supported PostgreSQL version, including 9.3. Now a debian developer needs to do the uploading dance, I'm not in a position to do that myself (not a DD, no keys to the kingdom).
