Package: gnome-applets Version: 3.4.1-4 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
It used to be possible to change the volume simply by placing the mouse pointer over the mixer_applet2 icon and rotating the mouse wheel. That made it easy to adjust the volume with minimal disruption. Since the upgrade of GNOME from 3.6 to 3.8 this is no longer possible. Now it's necessary to click, scroll the cursor, and then click again to restore the focus to the application one was using and close the applet window.
